I grew up in Canada as the child of immigrant parents. Like many second-generation Canadians, I grew up with very little awareness of the immigration system because my parents had already built their life here, so it just wasn’t part of my world.

That all changed in my early twenties when I started working in a Member of Parliament’s office and was assigned the immigration file. Suddenly, I was hearing stories that stayed with me long after I left the office. I met fathers waiting years to see their children, mothers quietly hoping their spouses would finally be approved, and families separated with no clear path to reunite. Their pain was real. Their hope was fragile. And I realized that behind every application and form there are real lives and real dreams at stake.

At first, I didn’t know how to help. I felt overwhelmed and unsure. But I was determined to learn. I asked questions, made calls to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada agents, and studied every detail I could about the system. Over time, I became the person my colleagues turned to for answers and the person families trusted to guide them through complicated processes. I will never forget the first time I helped a family finally reunite. Seeing their relief, their tears, and their joy was life-changing.

After completing my Master’s degree, I went back to school to pursue the Immigration Consulting diploma program at Anderson College in Toronto. In 2021, I became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. I trained under experienced RCICs and immigration lawyers to gain practical experience and deepen my knowledge.

In 2023, I launched Arsheen Immigration. I wanted to create a practice where every client feels heard, supported, and understood. Immigration can be confusing, stressful, and emotional. I make it my mission to guide my clients with care, patience, and clarity. I take the time to understand your situation, explain your options clearly, and support you through every step of the process.
