Sponsor Submissions:
- Passport- biographical page and and other marked pages
- Birth Certificate
- NOA 2022, 2023
- Employment Confirmation letter (official letterhead, position, date started, hours/week, salary, couple duties performed, signed by manager.director)
- 3 past paystubs
- Driver’s Licence
- Lease of house or if you own, property tax bill if you own
- Police Check
- 3 months of bank statements
- Divorce Certificate (if applicable)
- Birth certificates of children (if applicable)
- Birth certificates of children (if applicable)
PA Submissions:
- Passport- biographical page and and other marked pages - from the last ten years (old passports too if you have a new passport)
- Birth Certificate with the names of your parents in English or with certified translation
- Driver’s License
- National Identification Document
- Police Certificate from any country you have lived in for 6 months or more since you were 18- provide link to get Iraq police certificate
- Driver’s Licence
- Marriage Certificate- translated, foreign affairs stamp
- Photo meeting these specifications
- 3 months of bank statements
- Divorce Certificate (if applicable)
- Birth certificates of children (if applicable)
- Birth certificates of children (if applicable)
- Custody papers of children (if applicable)
Evidence of Relationship:
- Wedding pictures (max 20 photos-include date and explanation of each picture or who is in it), 5 MB/file
- Tickets to visit each other
- Gifts
- Screen shots of text messages, emails, with Google translation if not in English
- Financial support - two transactions
- 3 letters each from family/friends, - give an outline- what to include
- Letter to each other expressing gratitude, how much you love each other and how much you are looking forward to being together, mention the marriage, time together after the marriage. The letter could be to each other, or it could be to the visa officer talking about each other.
- Proof of cohabitation- hotel reservation
- Pictures of going out with family and friends after marriage
